Golden Physicians Medical Group would like to thank Clever Care Health Plan for organizing a health fair at the Southern Highlands Apartments in National City. Attendees received a free blood pressure check, BMI screen and were eligible for free raffle prizes. Additionally, attendees learned about the Clever Care Medicare Advantage health plans specifically designed for seniors interested in maintaining good health through Easter Medicine benefits. A special “shout out” to Jayden, Gio, James, Maria, Hoang, Kevin and Sandy with Clever Care Health Plan for organizing a successful health fair. Lastly, we would like to thank the Philippine Nurses Association of San Diego County (PNASD), Palm Care Pharmacy and Julia with JAR Insurance Services for attending the event.
