Golden Physicians Medical Group would like to thank the doctors, guest speakers and staff for braving the rainy weather and attending the Q1 PCP Meeting held on February 7th, at the 94th Aero Squadron Restaurant near Kearny Mesa. Despite the cold weather, the dinner meeting was well attended and guest speakers traveled from Long Beach and Riverside County to present during the meeting. Some of the meeting highlights included an overview of the new CMS V28 model, HCC documentation tips and updates about the new Golden Physicians 2024 risk and quality programs. Additionally, special recognition was given to the Primary Care Physicians and clinics who completed 75% or more of the Annual Wellness Exams and achieved 4 quality stars or higher during 2023. The night ended with a video highlight summary of the activities and events that occurred during 2023.
